With neurofeedback you learn to consciously perceive your body and to influence it in a targeted way.

Neurofeedback makes use of findings from medicine, brain research and learning psychology and is successfully used in different areas of application
.

"Observe on the screen how your bodily processes change as a result of thoughts and emotions, relaxation or stress."

Biofeedback is a non-invasive therapy and training method for visualizing and reporting normally unconsciously occurring bodily functions such as breathing, muscle tension, body temperature or pulse rate. With the aid of electronic devices and sensors, these physiological functions that occur unconsciously are reported and displayed audiovisually.

Influence your brain

Neurofeedback, also known as EEG feedback, is a special form of biofeedback that also uses an EEG to record auditory current curves. It is a scientifically recognized and highly effective form of therapy. The aim of the therapy is to train the brain to behave in a certain desired way and to have a positive effect on the extremely important self-regulation of the brain.

During the biofeedback/neurofeedback session, you not only learn to consciously perceive these physiological processes, but also how you can specifically influence and stimulate these processes in your body yourself. This can lead to better regulation of tension and relaxation, increased self-efficacy and improved self-awareness.
