Cancellations
Should you be unable to attend your appointment, we kindly request that you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Any appointments cancelled within the 24 hour period before your appointment time, or missed appointments, will be charged a CHF50 cancellation fee per half hour appointment and CHF100 per one hour appointment. Cancellations can be made telephonically or by e-mail.
