Talking about it helps: We are happy to support you in case of physical and psychological stress or problems.

"Every person is unique. So are his solutions."

Fear, anger, stress, grief or guilt have an impact on your life, your environment and your body. Through self-perception and awareness processes, blocking ways of seeing and acting can be dissolved and new resources recognized.

Body-centred talking therapy means that the therapist creates conditions in which you as the client can recognize and address steps from the cause to the solution of your problems. This means that we act in a body- and process-centered and interactive way. Methods include bodywork, role dialog, creative means, but also drawing dialog, movement and deep relaxation. It is important to us to give you our undivided, non-judgmental and non-manipulative attention.

Why body-centered talk therapy?

We are convinced that mental problems of any kind can be better addressed and have a better chance of healing if the body is included in the conversation. The body stores situations, images, imprints, injuries and the like via neurological mechanisms. Every experience leaves a physical imprint. Accordingly, the body must be included when it comes to working through these experiences.

Ultimately, it is also about strengthening your self-regulation. The process work supports the self-regulatory powers and competences. This targeted positive influence brings about the reduction or disappearance of those symptoms that are an expression of impaired self-regulation.

"It is important to have a sympathetic and interested counterpart. "
