Antara® training is a modern, holistic back training and movement concept for the whole body.
This new training from Switzerland aims to improve the deep core muscles and thus the entire posture. This movement concept is dedicated with precision to the deep, stabilising core muscles, which are largely responsible for the health of the back and pelvic floor and also largely determine the shape of the abdomen. When these core muscles are strengthened, the body is stable. The muscles belonging to the core system differ from the global muscles in the way they function.
