Chronic pain severely restricts a persons quality of life! It is amazing what success can be achieved with a holistic pain therapy even after many years of pain.

Thememory of overcoming pain is pleasure.
- John Wolfgang von Goethe

It is important to us to adapt a pain treatment individually to the pain of the respective patient. Every pain patient feels and experiences pain differently and not everyone reacts the same way to the same treatment. We take your pain seriously, you are the most competent person in your pain and together we want to find your personal way out of the pain or at least alleviate it! The effect of the pain treatment should have an effect on the specific complaints as well as on the whole body and on the psyche which is burdened by the pain. In pain therapy we work as a team, so that we can approach the pain from different sides. An initial visit is made to one of our doctors to take a detailed anamnesis and to get to know you and your wishes, ideas, but perhaps also bad experiences. We will be happy to explain to you what we can offer you. On the one hand, we have therapies that are carried out by medical staff, but we also work very closely with our various therapists. In the following we would like to introduce you to some of our possibilities so that you can get an impression.

Pain let up already!

Pain treatment

  • ORAL MEDICATION

Medical cannabis: Medical cannabis relieves pain among other manifold effects of the hemp plant. In the form of mouth spray (Sativex), oily drops (Dronabinol), cannabidiol (CBD) and other dosage forms, medicinal cannabis also serves, for example, as an antispasmodic, nerve-protective and nausea-reducing preparation. It is particularly suitable for chronic pain, such as neuropathies and pain caused by cancer. But also for painful spasticity, which can be caused by neurological diseases. During chemotherapy, it not only counteracts the pain, but also relieves the associated nausea.

Frankincense: Among other things, incense resin has an anti-inflammatory as well as analgesic effect and can therefore be used especially for pain that is based on inflammation, e.g. arthritis. Incense is available as capsules or drops. Recently, for the first time worldwide, it has also been available as a venous infusion.

Capsaicin: The plant substance capsaicin is responsible for the spiciness in chillies, it is found in the pith of the chilli pods. The active ingredient can be applied to the skin in the form of creams for muscle or joint pain, for example, or taken as capsules. Capsaicin has warming, circulation-enhancing and analgesic effects.

  • INFUSIONS / INJECTIONS

Conventional analgesics: If necessary, we also use conventional medical "pain cocktails", these can be supplemented with vitamin B12, for example, which has a strengthening effect on conventional medical analgesics.

I like my pain well spent.
- Wilhelm Busch
