Decision to change for a healthy lifestyle
You would like to change your diet, lose weight sustainably, get better blood values or more exercise in your life? Are you thinking about changing your habits to feel more vital, healthier and fitter?
My practical experience shows that there are always people who want to change something in their lives. They start with the first steps and suddenly they find themselves back in their old everyday habits and the same destructive thoughts.
It is simply more comfortable and easier to remain in the old familiar actions and not to leave your own comfort zone.
What can you do?
Do you ask yourself about your WHY?
Why do I want to lose weight?
Why do I want better blood sugar levels?
Why do I want to take less medication?
Why do I want a better quality of life?
If you are completely honest about it, you will find your deep-seated answer to it.
The next step is, what are you ready to do for it?
It could be, for example: cooking with fresh food every day. Start with exercise, 10,000 steps a day. Integrating rest breaks into everyday life. Being less annoyed and much more. This is where your DOING is needed.
Make your decision now.
Decide to make it happen. Only if you consciously decide to do so will you gradually bring your new actions and strategies into your life and integrate them. For a better quality of life, better fitness and a good body feeling.
