Less medication for ADHD thanks to neurofeedback?

The latest studies show that neurofeedback training has a positive effect on the core symptoms of ADHD.

Neurofeedback training reorganizes brain waves, stabilizes the nervous system, improves body chemistry, and restores and increases the ability to cope with stress and regenerate - all this with lasting effect and without side effects.

Neurofeedback is therefore a sensible alternative to drug therapy, especially when parents or patients refuse medication due to side effects or out of conviction.

As a neurofeedback therapist I point out some interesting studies concerning ADHD. Neurofeedback as an additional therapy to an existing therapy with medication also gives new hope to reduce the dose.
