More frustration than pleasure? At Wise Medicine, Hans Jörg Forster, known as paarcoach.ch, supports you on the path to successful sexuality.
Good sex stands for well-being and health. Sex is an essential part of an intimate partnership. However, physicality is not always the source of ease as a person or joy in the relationship. Many people are physically or mentally tense in the expression of their sexuality. Suffering sets in. It is then worthwhile not simply accepting the restriction in the quality of life and relationships, but to tackle the associated issues. Sexual problems can often be seen as symptoms of a deeper issue and can be resolved in the next step.
A holistic approach
Sex takes place in the interplay of body, soul and spirit and is also inextricably linked to relationships:"Sexuality is 100% biological; 100% psychological and 100% social. And it is always and simultaneously" (Beier and Liewit, 2011). Therapy focuses on this holistic approach and helps individuals and couples to resolve blockages.
How do you work?
The therapy is based onrelationship-dynamic couple & sex therapy. The focus is on experiencing and understanding one's own sexual development and that of the couple in order to ultimately be able to influence it. The therapist works in close coordination with the needs of the client(s) and ensures a safe discussion environment in which no one is exposed.
