IHHT works wonders for exhaustion and long-covid
The IHHT units have been in use at Wise Medicine for a few months now. The first reports of experience are very encouraging. Particular successes are achieved with patients who have been struggling with exhaustion for a long time or who suffer from the long-term effects of a covid disease.
Patients who complain of tiredness or exhaustion are also omnipresent at Wise Medicine in Winterthur. There are people who have simply not been able to find any drive for years and who, despite various measures, cannot really get going again. On the other hand, there are more and more reports of patients who suffer from long covid after a covid illness and who also have to struggle with symptoms of exhaustion. Doctors are hearing the same thing more and more as a result of the Covid vaccination. It is difficult to find out exactly what causes this.
Successes are often celebrated in such cases with the new IHHT devices. Thanks to the oxygen training, the destruction of mitochondria that no longer have their strength and the formation of numerous new healthy mitochondria provide new power in the cells. This also improves the general condition of the patients and they feel more powerful again. The same phenomenon is observed in top athletes who also like to rely on the IHHT devices for their regeneration and additional energy. So it is certainly not for nothing that this type of therapy won the Nobel Prize for Medicine in 2019.
As is often the case, IHHT cell training requires a little patience. Success does not come overnight. According to Dr. med. Heinz Lüscher, at least 10 sessions of 50 minutes each are necessary to really take stock.
Many patients also use the therapy for a mental break. Some bring headphones and really immerse themselves with suitable relaxation music. Others put essential oils under their noses to support the renewal of the body. Yes, it is recommended to get really comfortable in the sessions and to take off everything that could disturb or distract. This includes taking off your shoes or, if necessary, bringing a blanket for warmth.
